By accessing or using AdaptIA (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AdaptIA is a modular business management platform with AI-powered agents that adapt to your industry. The Service includes dashboard, AI agent, sales, purchases, inventory, expenses, and additional modules based on your subscription plan.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Pricing and Payments
All plans include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, plans (Basic $29, Pro $49, Enterprise custom) are billed monthly. Individual modules can be added for $5/month each. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your access ends at the end of your billing period.
5. Data and Privacy
Your data belongs to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
6. AI Usage
AI-generated responses are provided as suggestions and should not be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any actions taken based on AI recommendations.
