We collect information you provide directly: name, email, company details, and business data you enter into the platform. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the Service.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, process transactions, send notifications, improve our AI models (anonymized), and provide customer support.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (AWS) with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not store AI API keys in plain text.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Anthropic/OpenAI/Google (AI providers), Google Drive (document storage), and Resend (email delivery). Each has their own privacy policy.
If you use your own AI API key, your conversations are sent directly to your chosen provider. We encrypt your key server-side and never share it.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@adaptiahq.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
